1. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner–wife seeking transfer of Family Main Case No.468/2025 titled as "Piyush Jain vs. Preeti Khurana" pending before the Principal Judge -2, Family Court, Jodhpur, Rajasthan to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Faridabad, Haryana.
2. By order dated 19.11.2025, the matter was referred for mediation to the Supreme Court Mediation Centre. A settlement agreement has been arrived at between the parties on
13.01.2026. The terms thereof are yet to be complied with.
3. In view of the aforesaid development, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition at this stage.
4. Accordingly, the Transfer Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
5. We place on record our appreciation for the efforts made by Signature Not Verified N D i a rm te a : l 2 a 0 N 26 e . g 0 i 2.28 the learned counsel for the parties and the learned Mediator Reason:
