1. The petitioner has filed the petition under Section 25 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 before this Court seeking transfer of Case bearing Matrimonial Case No. 905 of 2024 titled as “Prateek Sujalpuriya Vs. Nishi Gupta” pending in the Family Court at Agra, Uttar Pradesh to the Family Court at Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

2. Office Report dated 23.02.2026 indicates that service on the sole respondent is complete, but no one has entered appearance on his behalf.

3. Having heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and taking into consideration the grounds taken in the transfer petition, we allow the transfer petition and direct the transfer of case bearing Matrimonial Case No. 905 of 2024 titled as “Prateek Sujalpuriya Vs. Nishi Gupta” from the Family Court at Agra, Uttar Pradesh to the Family Court at Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
