O R D E R

1. The petitioner (wife) has preferred this Transfer Petition seeking transfer of Marriage Petition No.231(HMA) of 2025 titled “Abhinav Singh vs. Geeta Singh”, from the Court of 4th Joint Civil Judge Senior Division at Panvel, Raigarh, Maharashtra to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, District West, Tis Hazari District Court at New Delhi.

2. The parties got married sometime in the year 2020. In the wedlock, two sons were born. The two sons, as on date are aged

4 ½ years and 1 ½ years, respectively.

3. We take notice of the fact that it is the second marriage for the parties.

4. We tried our level best to persuade the parties to bury their differences and reconcile, at least for the sake of their two minor sons.

5. The petitioner-wife is far more willing to go back to her matrimonial home and discharge all her matrimonial Signature Not Verified Digitally signed by obligations. However, the respondent-husband is quite firm.

He believes that he would not be in a position to lead a happy marital life.

6. In such circumstances referred to above, we are left with no other option but to allow this Transfer Petition and transfer the proceedings as prayed for. We order, accordingly. 7. Consequently, Marriage Petition No.231(HMA) of 2025 titled “Abhinav Singh vs. Geeta Singh””, pending before the 4th Joint Civil Judge Senior Division at Panvel, Raigarh, Maharashtra is ordered to be transferred to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, District West, Tis Hazari District Court at New Delhi.

8. The entire record pertaining to the said case shall be transmitted forthwith by the transferor court to the transferee court.

9. Since the respondent-husband is serving with IDBI Bank, he shall appear before the Court concerned online.

10. Pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
