UPON hearing the counsel the court made the following

O R D E R

1. Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties.

2. The Special Leave Petitions are filed challenging the grant of bail to the accused in FIR NO.182 of 2024 dated 10.07.2024.

3. Having perused the reasons, we are of the view that no ground is made out for granting leave and accordingly, the Special Leave Petitions stand dismissed.

4. It is made clear that the accused, if violate any of the conditions imposed by the High Court while granting bail, the petitioner is given liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance with law. If at all, the same is brought to the notice of the High Court, the High Court shall consider expediting the hearing of such an application.

5. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.

(Nidhi Mathur) (Geeta Ahuja)
