UPON hearing the counsel the court made the following

O R D E R

1. Vide order dated 21.11.2025, the Court while ordering notice, granted interim protection to the petitioner from arrest by the Police in FIR No.761 of 2021 subject to the condition that the petitioner joins the investigation and cooperates with the Investigating Officer.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the parties submit that the petitioner has participated in the investigation.

3. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner is participating in the investigation, we make the interim order dated 21.11.2025, as final order.

4. Accordingly, we dispose of the Special Leave Petition. However, subject to the very condition that was imposed in the order dated 21.11.2025.

5. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
