2. The appellant challenges the judgment and order dated 31.07.2025 in CRP No.894/2025 titled “Mohammed Sirajuddin vs. Mekala Chkarapani” passed by the High Court for the State of Telangana at Hyderabad.

3. We have heard learned counsel for the appellant.

4. Finding the Bench not to be in agreement with the case advanced by him, the appellant, through learned counsel, seeks time to hand over the vacant and peaceful possession of the demised premises to the respondent/landlord on or before 23rd Signature Not Verified August,2027. Prayer accepted.
