We have heard the learned counsel for parties.
On a perusal of the records, we consider it appropriate to transfer Divorce Petition M.C. No.5604/2024, titled, ‘Sandeep G. v. Neha Asthana’, pending before the learned Principal Family Judge, Family Court, Bangalore, Karnataka and M.C. No.5103/2024, titled, ‘Smt. Neha Asthana v. Sri Sandeep G.’, pending before the Court of the Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Bangalore South, Bangalore, Karnataka to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
Parties are permitted to appear before the Trial Court through video-conferencing unless Signature Not Verified A D S at H e A : 2 S 0 U 26 N . D 03 R . I 2 Y 3 AL their physical presence is required.
Reason:
Records shall be sent by the Courts where proceedings are pending to the transferee Court promptly and without any delay.
The Transfer Petitions stand allowed in the aforesaid terms.
Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
