06.03.2024 Present: Mr. S.K. Jain (Mobile No. 8810532796), counsel for the DH EA-13/24 Execution application has been filed within two years of the order dated 10.11.2023.

1. The present petition has been filed by the Decree Holder in order to execute the judgment of this commission in case CC-221/2019 pronounced on 10.11.2023.

Vide the said judgment, this commission allowed the complaint of the Decree Holder and directed the Judgment Debtor to pay an amount of Rs.6,51,847/-

(approx.) along with interest within a period of two months. The relevant portion has been reproduced as under:

Counsel for the Decree Holder vehemently argued that attachment warrants may be issued against the Judgment Debtor.

2. We have enquired from the counsel for the Decree Holder, whether any notice of the appeal or any other proceedings pertaining to the case in hand has been received by the Complainant/Decree Holder, wherein the order of this commission might have been impugned, to which, it has been submitted that as of today, no notice of any such proceeding has been received.

3. In the given circumstances, there exists no bar in proceeding further with the execution proceedings in the present case.
