JUDGMENT
Both sides are represented through counsel. The complainant files an application for withdrawal of the complaint. Notice given. The request for withdrawal is allowed and the complainant is permitted to withdraw the complaint with liberty to file a fresh complaint before the appropriate authority.
Needless to state that the period from 31.07.2013, the date of filing of the complaint till the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment shall be excluded from computing the period of limitation.
