ORDER

Samiksha Bhattacharya, Member The instant Revision Petition has been filed by the Revisionist (OP No.1 of the Complaint Petition being NO.CC/141/2020) questioning the propriety of the order dated 10.09.2021 of CC/141/2020 pending before the Ld. DCDRC, Kolkata I (North). The OP No.1 filed a petition being No.MA/17/2020 challenging the maintainability of the Complaint case on the ground that the OP No.1/Revisionist neither rendered any services nor received any consideration from the Complainant/Respondent No.1 in the present Revision Petition.

The MA/17/2020 was dismissed on contest by the Ld. DCDRC with the observation that “Managing Director and Director though will not personally liable but they are liable to some extent as per express conditions mentioned in the Article of Memorandum of Association.

So, in my view, the petition for maintainability has no merit and liable to be dismissed. Hence, it is ORDERED that the MA case No.17/2020 be an
