ORDER
NARESH KATYAL, JUDICIAL MEMBER:
Delay of 33 days in filing of appeal No. 1047 of 2018 by insurer and delay of 137 days in filing of Appeal No. 879 of 2018 by complainant stand condoned for reasons mentioned in their respective applications seeking condonation of delay and accompanying affidavit which, in opinion of this Commission constitutes ‘sufficient cause’
2. By this order; above mentioned two cross appeals are being disposed off. In both these appeals; legality of order dated 17.01.2018 passed by learned District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum-Kurukshetra (In short “District Commission”) has been questioned separately.
