JUDGMENT

1. The present Complaint has been filed before this Commission by the Complainant alleging deficiency in service and unfair trade practice on the part of Opposite Party No. 1 to 6 and have prayed for the following reliefs:-

a) To direct the opposite party no. 1 to prepare and execute the apartment buyer agreement according to annexure 'A' read with rule 8 of Haryana Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Rules , 2017 and execute the registration of the same under the section 13 of Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act , 2016 and the rules.

b) To direct the opposite party no. 1 to 5 to provide all facilities up to mark as promised in the agreement and brochures.

c) To direct the opposite party no 1 to 5 to provide CCTV cameras in the common areas including basement and lifts as per promise.

d) To direct Respondent no. 1 & 5 to execute the Maintenance Agreement as per applicable laws for the maintaining the facilities in the common area and Apartment of the complainants.

e) To direct the opposite party no. 1 to execute the conveyance deed in favor of the complainants after receiving balance sale price of the unit and not charge any further amount over and above the sale
