ORDER
1. By this judgement, we shall dispose of the Appeal no. 126/2018 titled as M/s Landmark Apartments Private Limited Vs Pankaj Kulshreshtha as well as FA no. 127/2018 titled M/s Landmark Apartments Private Limited Vs Vikas Mittal as both these appeals have arisen from the common judgement dated 02.02.2018 passed by Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum-X, Udyog Sadan, 22 & 23 Institutional Area, Behind Qutab Hotel, New Delhi in complaint case no.44/2015 and 570/2014 respectively. Ld. District Forum treated the complaint case no. 570/2014 titled as Vikas Mittal Vs M/s Landmark Apartments Private Limited as the leading case.
