1. The appeal is filed u/s 41 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019 by the Opposite Party, aggrieved by the order of District Consumer Commission-III, Hyderabad, dated 20.05.2022 in CC 296/2020 and prays this Commission to allow the appeal by setting aside the impugned order and may be pleased to pass such other order or orders which may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
2. For the sake of the convenience, the parties will be addressed as they arrayed in the impugned order.
