1. The opposite parties before the District Commission are the appellants herein.
2. The case of the complainant before the District Commission is that on 30.09.2018, he had availed a loan of Rs.2,96,000/- from the 1st opposite party for the purchase of four wheeler AL Dost – TN 51 AZ 7079. The said loan is repayable in 48 monthly instalments of Rs.9,330/- per month with interest at 12.79%. He had purchased the said vehicle from one Saravanan. At the time of purchase itself, the vehicle was in loan under Sridhar Transport Finance Company Limited. Hence, the loan obtained by the complainant was directly given to the said Saravanan by the opposite party through a cheque, for which, they have received the RC Book and Insurance Receipt from the said Saravanan. Further, the 1st opposite party has received a sum of Rs.7,000/- from the complainant for getting NOC from the said Sridhar Transport Finance Company Limited and also to make entry in the RC Book that the vehicle was under the loan in the 1st opposite party and to transfer the RC Book in the name of the complainant.
