ORDER

This appeal is filed against order dated 16.07.2024 passed by District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Durg (C.G.) (hereinafter called “District Commission” for short) in Complaint Case No.CC/2016/286 whereby the complaint was partly allowed directing the opposite parties to jointly and severally to pay the complainants/ respondent Nos.1 to 3 herein the entire amount of compensation sought by them Rs.19,00,000/- (Nineteen Lacs) with interest @ 6% p.a. from the date of complaint 15.03.2016 till realization and cost of litigation Rs.15,000/- (Fifteen Thousand). The amount of compensation with interest as above received by the complainants/ respondent Nos.1 to 3 was directed to be shared equally among them.
