1. This Order is directed against the Judgment & Order dated 28/02/2024 passed by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, North Goa, (The ‘District Commission’ for short) in Consumer Complaint No. 13/2023. The Appellant was the Complainant and the Respondent was the Opposite Party (‘OP’ for short) in the said Complaint. Parties shall hereinafter be referred to as per their status in the said Complaint.

2. The Complainant had filed the said complaint as there is deficiency in service on the part of the OP who failed and neglected to refund the a
