1. FA No.182/2019 is filed by the opposite party No.1, u/s 15 of the Consumer Protection Act, aggrieved by the order dated 08.02.2019 in CC No.16/2016 passed by the District Consumer Commission, Medak at Sangareddy, where under opposite parties No.1 & 2 are directed to pay a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- each with interest @ 9% p.a. from the date of claim till realization with joint and several liability to the complainants and also compensation of Rs.50,000/- each to the complainants, so as to costs of Rs.3,000/- each within one month from the receipt of the order and no direction was given against the opposite party No.3.
