Per Say Justice Sunita Yadav, President:
This appeal by the complainant/appellant is directed against the order dated 14.02.2022 passed by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Datia (for short the ‘District Commission’) in C. C. No. 613/2019 whereby the complaint filed by her has been dismissed.
2. Facts of the case in short as narrated by the complainant in her complaint are that the complainant's vehicle bearing registration number UP-93 AR- 2823 was insured with the opposite party-insurance company for the period w.e.f.
29.03.2019 to 28.03.2020. On 15.05.2019 the subject vehicle on its way from Datia to Dabra met with an accident and dashed the tractor as the driver of the tractor applied sudden brake. It is submitted that she spent Rs.3,24,537/- towards repairs of the vehicle. However, on claim being made, the insurance company did not pay the claim. The complain
