The instant appeal has been filed by appellant/Opposite party against the impugned order dated 27.07.2022 passed by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Amritsar (in short, “District Commission”), whereby the complaint filed by complainant against opposite party (in short ‘OP’), under the Consumer Protection Act , was allowed while granting the following relief:-
“10. So in the light of above discussion, we are of the considered view that present complaint of the complainant deserves to succeed against the opposite party and the same is hereby allowed with the following directions:-
(i) Opposite party is directed to provide free carry bag to all the customers with or without advertisement on it who purchases articles with further direction to stop unfair trade practice i.e. to charge for the carry bag.
(ii) Opposite party is also directed to refund Rs.10/- to the complainant wrongly charged for
