Hon’ble Mrs. Soma Bhattacharjee, Presiding Member CC/227/2020 has been filed by Krishna Kumar Sharma complainant u/s 17 C.P. Act, 1986 against Magnolia Infrastructure Development Ltd. and Ors, OPs and India Bulls Housing Finance Ltd. Proforma OP in a buyer builder dispute.
