Instant appeal is arising out of the order dated 31.03.2023 of learned District Consumer
Commission, Kangra at Dharamshala, passed in Consumer Complaint No.117/2022, titled Ranjeet Singh Thakur Versus Punjab National Bank, whereby the complaint was allowed and opposite party/bank was directed to pay Rs.1,12,899/- to the complainant alongwith interest @ 9% per annum from the date of complaint till its realization. The opposite party/bank was also directed to pay Rs.50,000/- as compensation and Rs.15,000/- as litigation costs.
