ORDER

1. Applicant namely Oriental Insurance company Ltd. Chandrapur filed the instant appeal alongwith application for condonation of delay against the order and judgement dated 6/2/2023 passed by Ld.District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Chandrapur in consumer Complaint No.CC/133/2019.

2. Applicant, in his application contended that due to procedural formalities of the appellant company the delay has been caused in preferring appeal. It is contended that intimation of order was communicated by the dealing advocate to the Branch Office in the third week of February,2023. The Branch Office after receipt of certified copy in the first week of March,2023, forwarded the office record alongwith order to the Divisional Office at Nagpur. Thereafter it was sent tothe Regional Office to take decision whether to satisfy the award or to prefer an appeal.
