This appeal by the appellant/complainant (hereinafter referred to as ‘complainant), is directed against the order dated 8.5.2019, passed by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission No.1, Indore (for short ‘District Commission’), in complaint case No. 265/2013, whereby the District Commission has dismissed the complaint filed by him.
2. Heard on I.A.-3, an application filed by the respondents/opposite parties-Shriram General Insurance Company Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as ‘Insurance Company’), under Order 41 Rule 27 of the CPC, for taking some additional documents on record.
3. Learned counsel for the Insurance Company argued that the document filed along with said application are necessary for just adjudication of this appeal, therefore, the same be taken on record.
4. Learned counsel for appellant has vehemently opposed the application I.A.-3.
