Order Dated 12-07-2024 Concluded that :-
"Consequently in my opinion the Appeals deserve to be allowed with a direction remanding the matter back to the State Commission to decide the matter afresh in the light of the evidence brought on record and also considering the impact of the report of the Surveyor who had submitted the final survey report in the matter. It will be open to the Parties to lead any evidence with regard to the Survey Report and the State Commission is requested to dispose of the matter on priority within six months as the Complaint is of the year 2012 As Per the order of Hon’ble NCDRC, New Delhi, This Matter was taken up on file A
