Justice Inder Singh Mehta, President O R D E R:
Present appeal is preferred against the order dated 04.04.2023 of learned District Commission, Kangra at Dharamshala, H.P. passed in consumer complaint No.153/2019 titled Lokesh Kumar & Anr. Versus Care Health Insurance Limited & Anr., whereby the complaint filed by the complainants was allowed and opposite party No.1/Insurance company was directed to pay a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- to the complainants along with interest @ 9% per annum from the date of complaint
i.e. 03.08.2019 till its realization. The opposite party No.1/Insurance company was further directed to pay compensation to the complainants to the tune of Rs.50,000/-, besides litigation cost of Rs.15,000/-.
