1. Appellant /original complainant has preferred the present appeal under section 15 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 , challenging the impugned order dated 07/09/2019 passed by the learned Additional District Consumer Dispute Redressal Forum, Nagpur in Consumer Complaint No. CC/79/2015, by which the consumer complaint filed by the appellant /org. complainant was dismissed in default for want of prosecution .

2. Short facts leading to filing of the appeal may be narrated as under. (Parties are referred as per their original nomenclature).

That the complainant had purchased one flat from the respondents to his personal residence. For the said purpose the complainant had paid the consideration of Rs. 6,17,000/- to the O.P. The complainant on all the occasions complied his part of contract. The O.Ps. jointly and severally failed to do so. Hence, the complainant had filed consumer complaint. Thus
