Appellant /original complainant has preferred the present appeal under section 15 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 , challenging the impugned order dated 07/09/2019 passed by the learned Additional District Consumer Dispute Redressal Forum, Nagpur in Consumer Complaint No. CC/79/2015, by which the consumer complaint filed by the appellant /org. complainant was dismissed in default for want of prosecution .
