This appeal has been filed by the opposite parties under Section 41 of the Consumer Protection Act , 2019, as against the order dated 07.09.2022 passed in C.C.No.02 of 2019, by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Tiruppur, allowing the complaint filed by the Respondent herein in part.
2. The Appellants are the opposite parties and the Respondent is the complainant before the District Commission. For the sake of convenience, the parties in the course of this order will be referred as per their respective rankings before the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Tiruppur.
3. The case of the complainant before the District Commission is that, the first opposite party had launched Rajhalakshmi Unit Scheme exclusively for empowerment of women and it was proclaimed to be a fitting honour by the Unit Trust of India to women. The scheme further declared that the beneficiary alone is entitled to reap the fruits of the matu
