1. This appeal is filed by the Appellants/Opposite Parties No.1 & 2 under Section 15 of Consumer Protection Act, 1986, praying this Commission to allow the appeal by setting aside the order dated 04.10.2019 passed in CC.No.159 of 2017 by the District Commission, Ranga Reddy in the interest of Justice and pass such other order or orders as this Commission deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

2. For the sake of convenience, the parties are referred to as arrayed in the complaint. The Appellants are the Opposite Parties and the Respondent is the Complainant in CC.No.159/2017.

3. The brief facts of the complaint are that – the Complainant purchased a Discover 125 Disc brake motor cycle from the Opposite Party No.1 for a total sum of Rs.54,117.28 vide invoice No.VS1117162015003366on 30.11.2015. His main complaint is that all the gears are giving problem and not shifting smoothly. Despite the free services, the problem persisted and the gear box was also changed by Opposite Party No.1. 5. The problem was not recurring as per their job card and it is to be emphasized that there is no manufacturing defect. In fact it is due to negligent maintenance of the vehicle that the repairs have occurred and as such there is no deficiency of service on their part. 6.
