R.SUBBIAH J., PRESIDENT This complaint has been filed by the Complainant under Section 17 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986, against the opposite party for the following directions:

a) To pay a sum of Rs.77,88,400/- towards the cost of the vehicle insured by the opposite party;

b) To pay a sum of Rs.1,32,000/- towards parking charges, Rs.6,00,000/- towards cost
