This appeal by the opposite party/appellant is directed against the order dated 13.1.2021, passed by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Guna (for short ‘District Commission’) in complaint case No. 238/2019, whereby the District Commission has partly allowed the complaint filed by the complainant/respondent.
