M.A. No.200 of 2022 (For withdrawl of E.A.) & Main Case This application has been moved by the DH for withdrawl of the abovesaid execution application as the parties have entered into a settlement. Said application is supported by self attested affidavit of the applicant-Sh.Deepak Singla, who is also physically present before the Commission.

In view of the submission made by the applicant as well as the averments made in the application, this application is allowed and the DH is allowed to withdraw the present execution application at this stage being fully satisfied.

However, it is made clear that in case of non-finalization of settlement as per the undertakings of both the parties and in case the DH is not satisfied as per the terms and conditions of the settlement, he will be at liberty to move an application before this Commission for revival of the execution proceedings.

JDs are discharged. Bail bonds furnished by them and surety bonds furnished by Sangeeta Mittal of JD-Ashok Singla, Rinku Mittal of Smt. Promila Singla, Prem Kumar Bansal of Surinder Bansal and surety-Rishu Singla of Sh.Mohit Aggarwal are hereby released.

Necessary intimation be sent to the District Collectors, SAS Nagar, Mohali and Sangrur in this regard.

The Execution Application is disposed of accordingly.
