Complainant- Mukesh Kumar Nayyar has filed the present appeal under Section 15 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 for challenging the order dated 13.04.2022 passed by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Yamuna Nagar, at Jagadhari whereby complaint filed by him under Section 12 of the Act was dismissed being devoid of any merit.
