Both the appeals coming before us for final hearing on 06.09.2022 and upon perusing the material records, this Commission made the following:-

1. All the three appeals in F.A.No.74/2014, F.A.No.84/2014 & F.A.No.85/2014 have been preferred by the opposite parties 1 to 3 against the order made in C.C.No.167/2009, dated 04.04.2014 on the file of the District Forum, Madurai

2. As the three appeals are arising out of one and the same order of the learned District Forum, Madurai made in C.C.No.167/2009, dated 04.04.2014, these appeals are jointly heard and disposed of by this Common Order. 5. The case of the complaint is as follows;-
