This appeal has been directed against the judgment and order dated

20.03.2015 passed by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Almora (hereinafter to be referred as the District Commission) in consumer complaint No. 14 of 2013 titled as Sh. Chandan Singh Rawat vs. The Oriental Insurance Co. Ltd., wherein and whereby the learned District Commission has allowed the complaint.

2. The facts giving rise to this appeal,
