COMMONORDER:

01. F.A.No.185/2018 was filed under Section -15 of Consumer Protection Act, 1986 by the Appellant/ Opposite Party No.4 aggrieved by the orders of District Consumer Commission-1, in C.C.No.422/2016 dated 18.04.2018 directing the Opposite Parties 1&2 to refund Rs. 1,32,600/- with interest@6% p.a., from the date of amounts received from the complainant till the date of realization and also directed Opposite Party Nos.I to 4 to pay Rs. I,00,000/- Bs compensation and Rs.10,000/- towards cosls with joint snd severa liability.

02. The brief averments of the complaint in C.C.No.422/2016 are that the complainant obtained Membership in the Opposite Party No.l by paying an amount of Rs.1,500/- vide receipt dated 17.11.2015 and also paid Rs.1,31,10/ vide receipt dated 08.11.2015 towards the Life Membership in Opposite Party No.1 ; That the Opposite Party No.1 is having affiliation with Opposite Parties 3 & 4 Clubs and due to the same, in view of mutual understanding afiliation in between the Opposite Party Nos.1 ,3 &4 the complainant is entitled to get the facilities from Opposite Parties 3 8 4; That on 22.03.2016 complainant went to Opposite Party No.3 and on 25.03.2016 he went to Opposite Party No.4 to avail the facilities, but he was not allowed by those two clubs; That the complainant over the Mobile number called the opposite parties and even sent a mail on 31.03.2016 informing that he was not allowed by the Opposite Parties 3 & 4 clubs to avail the facilities; That the complainant received a mail from Opposite Party No.1 stating that its affiliation with Opposite Party No.4 would expire by 31.03.2016; That complainant issued a legal notice dated 16.04.2016 to the opposite parties but they have not responded; That due to actions of Opposite Parties 3 &4, the complainantsuffered a great mental agony and hardship and their ac
