O R D E R:

Present revision petition is preferred against the order dated 26.05.2025 of learned District Commission, Kangra at Dharamshala, passed in application filed by the applicant/revisionist for review of order dated 14.12.2023, whereby, the complaint filed by the complainants was allowed against the applicant/ revisionist.

2. Perusal of record indicates that the complaint preferred by the complainants was allowed vide order dated 14.12.2023. The record further reveals that the revisionist/petitioner did not put appearance before the learned District Commission below and was proceeded ex-

parte.

3. The revisionist has filed the present revision petition to review the order dated 14.12.2023 and not the appeal which was required to be filed against the final order dated 14.12.2023, therefore, the present revision petition is not maintainable in presence of the aforesaid final order dated 14.12.2023 which has already been passed by learned District Commission.

4. Therefore, the present revision petition filed by the revisionist/petitioner being not maintainable is dismissed accordingly.

5. The parties are left to bear their own costs.

6. Certified copy of the order be sent to each of the parties and their counsel(s) free of cost, as per Rules. File of District Commission alongwith certified copy of order be sent back and file of State Commission be consigned to record room after due completion. Pending applications, if any, also disposed of.
