HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE AJAI KUMAR SRIVASTAVA, PRESIDENT
1. Called out.
2. Learned Counsel Sri B.D. Sharma is present for appellant.
3. This is an application for early hearing on the ground that the appellant, for some reason best known to the appellant, does not want to press this appeal and wishes to get the same dismissed as withdrawn.
4. Having heard learned Counsel for the appellant and upon perusal of record, it appears just to prepone this matter to be taken up today and direct the same to be dismissed as withdrawn as prayed by the learned Counsel for the appellant.
5. Accordingly, the instant appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn.
6. If any amount is deposited by the appellant, the same shall be remitted to the concerned District Consumer Commission along with accrued interest, if any, at the earliest.
7. Let this judgment/order be uploaded on the website of the Commission.
