Shri Prateek Singh, counsel for the revisionist has appeared and suffered following statement.

“Stated that the main complaint pending, before learned District Consumer Commission-Yamuna Nagar, has already been withdrawn by complainant. So, as per instructions received from revisionist, I do not want to pursue further with the present revision petition. Hence, I may be permitted to withdraw the present revision petition”

2. In pursuance of respective statement suffered by Shri Prateek Singh counsel for the revisionist, the present revision petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.

3. A copy of this order be provided to all the parties free of cost as mandated by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. This order be also uploaded forthwith on the website of the Commission for the perusal of the parties.
