1. This is a complaint filed by the Complainants U/s. 17(1)(a)(i) of Consumer Protection Act,1986 on 04.12.2017 against the Opposite Parties to direct them as follows:-

(i) To award compensation of Rs.1,00,00,000/- (Rupees One Crore Only) from the date of filing of the complaint till the date of realization to the Complainants, towards medical expenses, damages, carelessness.
