ORDER

HON’BLE JUSTICE SRI.B.SUDHEENDRAKUMAR:PRESIDENT When this matter has been taken up for hearing, the learned senior counsel, Advocate Shyam Padman has submitted that the revision petitioners propose to approach the High Court to resolve the issue involved in this case. The learned counsel has further submitted that the learned counsel proposes to withdraw this revision petition for that purpose. An endorsement in this regard has been made on the memorandum of revision petition by the learned counsel for the revision petitioners, Advocate Smt. Jwala K.P.

In view of the above submission and the endorsement made on the memorandum of revision petition, this revision petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, the interim stay extended by this Commission as per order dated 30.07.2025 shall be in force till 10 days after the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
