2. This revision petition is preferred against the order dated 13.02.2025 and 19.05.2025 passed in Consumer Complaint No.393 of 2024 by the learned District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Panipat, whereby OP-petitioner was proceeded against ex parte vide order dated 13.02.2025 and order dated 19.05.2025 whereby the application for setting aside the exparte order dated 13.02.2025 was dismissed by the learned District Consumer Commission, Panipat and the case was adjourned to 04.08.2025 for evidence of complainant.

The counsel for the petitioner had moved the said application for setting aside the ex parte order dated 13.02.2025, which was also dismissed on 19.05.2025. It is further averred that non-appearance of the petitioner before the learned District Consumer Commission, Panipat was thus neither intentional nor deliberate. Learned counsel for the revisionist prayed that the orders dated 13.02.2025 and 19.05.2025 be set aside and permission be granted to appear and
