This appeal by the appellant/complainant (hereinafter referred to ‘complainant’) is directed against the order dated 18.12.2023, passed by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Narmadapuram (for short ‘District Commission’), in complaint case No.69/2019, filed by him. Briefly put, the facts of the case, as narrated by the complainant, are that on 7.6.2018, he executed an agreement with the opposite party, according to which, within six months from the date of execution of agreement the opposite party will complete construction of a house in the plot of complainant, admeasuring 1000 sq. ft., situated in Tulsidh
