1l The Appellant and respondent most humbly and respectfully submits that, this appeal ts filed by the appellant in challenging the order of Hon'ble District Commission dated 30ll2l2O24 7n C.C. No.

r4ol2024, 2] It is further submitted that now the parties have arrived for amicable settlement and the respondent had agreed to receive a total sum of Rs, 12,5O,OOO/= [Rupees Twelve Lakhs F ifty Thousand Only], and the appellant is agreed to pay the said amount of Rs. Rs. 12,5O,OOO/= [ Rupees I\lrelve Lakhs Fifty Thousand Onlyl as full and flnal settlement.

3l It is submitted that the appellant had already deposited a sum of Rs. 7,OO,OOO/= [Rupees Seven Lakhs Only] before thls Hon'ble Commisslon and now the appellant is paying the remainlng amount -g-

of Rs.S,SO,OOO/= [ Rupees Five Lakhs Ftfty Thousand Only] through Demand Draft bearing No.O28O34, dated: O8/OL|2O26, drawn on IDBI Bank Limited, Malleshwaram branch, Bangalore in favour of Respondent. It is further submitted that the appellant has no objection for the respondent to withdraw the above said deposited amount of Rs.7,OO,OOO/= [Rupees Seven Lakhs Onlyl.

4] The respondent further confirrns that he is receiving the above said total amount of Rs. 12,5O,OOO/= [ Rupees Twelve Lakhs Fifty Thousand Only] as full and final settlement and he had no clalms whatsoever against this appellant, WHEREFORE the appellant and respondent most humbly pray for this Hon'ble Commission may kindly the record the settlement arrived between the parties ln the interest ofjustlce and equity.

Both the parties agreed that, the matter is settled for Rs.J.2,50,0OO/-. Out of it, today the appellant is offering DD for Rs.5,50,O0O/- to the respondent in addition to that, the respondent is at liberty to withdraw the amount of Rs.7,00,000/- in deposit before this Commission.

The joint memo is perused, explained to both parties, who accepts the terms of joint memo, this joint memo is accepted. The appeal is disposed off in terms of joint memo.
