1. This appeal is filed by the Appellants/Opp.Parties No.1 to 9 under Section 41 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019, praying this Commission to set aside the judgment and order dated 27.01.2023 in CC.No.473/2021 on the file of the District Consumer Forum-II, Hyderabad and to pass such other order or orders which this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

2. For the sake of convenience, the parties are described as arrayed in the complaint. The Appellants are the Opposite Parties No.1 to 9, Respondent No.1 is the Complainant and the Respondents No.2 to 9 are the Opposite Parties No.10 to 17 in CC.No.473/2021.

3. Briefly stated, the facts are that – the complaint is filed against the Opposite Parties No.1 to 9 for their deficiency in service, and unfair trade practice and sought a relief against Opposite Parties No.10 to 17 to register the Sale Deed in favour of the Complainant along with compensation and other reliefs.

4. The Complainant is the wife of late Mr.K.Venkat Reddy, the owner and possessor of Flat No.304, 3^rd floor, Abbasi Towers, Erramanzil, Somajiguda, Hyderabad. The Opposite Parties No.1 to 9 are the legal heirs and representatives of the original builder/D
