1. This is an appeal preferred by the original Opposite Parties, Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL) through its Assistant Engineer, being aggrieved by the order passed on 06/05/2014 by the learned District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Yeotmal (for short as “learned District Forum”) in Consumer Complaint No.CC/254/2013, vide Section 15 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986.
