This appeal arises out of the order dated 16.12.2025, passed by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Harda (for short ‘District Commission’), in complainant case No. 130/2025, whereby the District Commission has dismissed the complaint filed by the complainant/appellant (hereinafter referred to as ‘complainant’), in limine.

2. Appellant, who is present in person submits that by the impugned order the District Commission has dismissed the complaint at the admission stage on the ground that on perusal of complaint it was found that the complainant’s case relates to a cheque, which was dishonoured on the ground of ‘insufficient fund’ instead of ‘stop payment’ and the opposite party/Bank is alleged to have committed deficiency in service.
