This appeal by the appellants/opposite parties-Railways assails the order dated 10.9.2018, passed by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission No.1, Indore (for short ‘District Commission’), in complaint case No. 129/2015, whereby the District Commission has allowed the complaint filed by respondent/complainant (hereinafter referred to as ‘complainant’).
