Aforesaid appeals are similar in nature and the point involved is same, therefore taken up together and are being disposed of by this common order. For convenience, facts are taken from First Appeal No.876 of 2015 unless otherwise stated.

2. The opposite party/appellant-M. P. Madhya Kshetra Vidyut Vitran Company Limited (for short ‘electricity company’) has filed this appeal against the order dated 10.07.2015 passed by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Sehore (for short ‘District Commission) in C.C. No. 45/2013 whereby the complaint filed by the complainant/respondent has been allowed.

3. Facts of the case in short as narrated by the complainant/respondent are that he is an Advocate by profession and for legal profession he took electricity connection for his house and chamber in which there is minimum electricity consumption. It is alleged by the complainant that the opposite party/appellant- electricity company illegally converted the domestic electricity connection into non- domestic electricity connection and raising the bills on the basis of non-domestic electricity connection which amounts to deficiency in service on part of the electricity company. The complainant therefore alleging deficiency in service on part of the electricity company filed a complaint before the District Commis
