The brief faets of the eomplaint ane as unden_

The eomplainant No. I to 3 are tlre wife and daughters of the one late Sri.K.p.Manoharan who was the customer and credit card holder of the Opposite party No.,1 he was a businessrnen in profession and unfortunately he died oo L6.OZ.2CIJ4 due to injury sustained in the motor vehicle accident. During hie life time, he had taken Gold Credit Card Bearing No.43g g790 8970 6026 with the Inbuilt personal accident insurance from OP. Immediately after death of the said D(

But, the Op failed to settle tlre claim hence, he had filed a complaint before District Commission, Mysore vide CC No.24/2OOZ, the same was disrnissed. Against whie*r this complainant preferred appeal vide No.L3Z&/2ALZ. The state commission after hearing from both side has remanded back the matter to t]:e District egmmissien and direction was given to investigate the claim of t].e complainants and if the claim is found to be genuine, direetion was given to settle tlre clairn *i11rin tlrree months and also directed to pay compensation of Rs.3OO0/-. The Ops instead of settling ths dairn, t}ley have only paid €rn arnount of Rs.3,000/_ and kept quite. Since, they have not settled the claim ths eomplainant again filed a complaint vide No.4l4 /2(tr}g allegng deficiency in service and s.ught for settlement of the clairn.
